By accessing and using Mindfull, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Mindfull for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mindfull operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
